Tender are invited for Provide a new ground up 4000 SF pre-engineered metal building will be constructed. The building will be slab on grade with a metal building structure clad with metal panels. A new entrance canopy is called out for the new storefront entry system. The single sloped roof will be a standing seam metal roof. The interior of the building will house the music practice hall with owner furnished/contractor installed acoustic panels. There will be two offices for music instructors, men-s and women-s restrooms, large equipment storage room, custodial closet, and electrical/IT room. A mechanical mezzanine will also be constructed with access from a ship-s ladder located in the custodial closet. The mezzanine is support by steel tubes with wide flange beams and joists. The mezzanine floor consists of a metal deck topped with lightweight concrete. The mezzanine will house the HVAC equipment. A fire alarm system will be installed. See attached file for more details.
Notes : A Mandatory pre bid conference will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 10:00 AM C.T. at 4410 Jimmy Simmons Blvd. Beaumont, Tx 77705 (Formerly University Drive).
