Disaster recovery capabilities. Server, network and workstation monitoring. Remote management and support tools. Customer service tracking and reporting. Asset tracking and inventory. Anti virus management. Hardware and software patch management. Service level agreements (SLA's). Provide 24x7 support.Provide 8-5 M-F live helpdesk support .Provide ticketing software. One hour response time for emergency on-site repairs. All network technicians must complete a criminal background check.
