Tender are invited for Procurement of procurement of a glycemic management software system for the unmh diabetes program which will actively manage insulin doses for glycemic control through automated protocols for patients on iv and subcutaneous insulin, and allows providers, nurses, and managers to monitor glucose levels providing outstanding quality care for its patients. Install, configure and customize a glycemic software system (system). Work with staff to properly configure settings and workflows in the new system. Create a user manual for all user functions; and provide technical and logistic support for a defined period after ssystem installation is finished. See attached file.
Notes : Submitting all requests for clarification no later than 2:00 PM MST/MDT, August 5, 2016. The term of the resultant Price Agreement(s) arising from this proposal may be for a term of eight years (8) as provided for in NMSA 13-1-150 (Multi-Term Contract).
