The Rural Municipality of Frenchman Butte No. 501 invites proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide full engineering services for the RR 3264 Surface Strengthening Project, consisting of approximately 4.75 km of MG30 chemical stabilization and double chip seal construction. The project connects the Fort Pitt Christian Community to Grid Road 797 and has been approved under the 2026 Rural Integrated Roads for Growth (RIRG) Road Construction Program The successful proponent will be required to provide all mandatory engineering services in accordance with the 2025-2026 RIRG Policy Manual, including consultative and advisory services, pre-design, detailed design, general engineering during construction, and resident engineering services. Deliverables include stamped engineering drawings, tender documents, construction oversight, certification, and project close-out documentation. Proponents must be licensed to practice in Saskatchewan, assign a P.Eng. registered with APEGS, and demonstrate experience with rural municipal road projects, soil stabilization, seal coat construction, and provincially funded infrastructure programs. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, understanding of RIRG requirements, methodology, schedule, and overall value for money.
