Tender are invited for Provide consultant to perform a pay survey audit to review and assess the City's third party survey data preparation and aggregation processes (aging, geographically adjusting), review and analyze the City's incorporation of multiple benchmarks to ensure strong job matching process, review local and national data sources and the blending and application of data, using the benchmark analysis, assess the accuracy of the City's range adjustment determination. This analysis will include reviewing pay ranges data.
