In this context, VNF is undertaking a sourcing process with market players, including: • holders of the current framework agreement, • candidates who have responded or having been ousted, • operators having expressed an interest without submitting an offer, • as well as any player likely to position themselves on the future market. The contributions collected as part of this sourcing will be analyzed in a consolidated manner and non-nominative, and will inform the choices of VNF in compliance with the rules of public procurement.
