Request for Information (RFI) in favor of a procurement market analysis of a training platform for shooting training with infantry weapons: In various projects from the Swiss army and Armasuisse, the training concept requires that an indoor trainer should be used for shooting training. As part of the “Method attempt for more efficient, more efficient and emission -reduced weapons training”, it should also be checked whether a simulation solution for the training of assault rifle and pistol brings advantages. A universal simulation platform is evaluated, on which other future systems can also be integrated. A uniform simulation platform would also enable a common (team) training with different weapons and simplify the application by the instructors. In addition, this could reduce the operating costs and allow cost -effective integration of future system if the simulation platform is selected.
