NND does not attach to Appendix 7 Changes In the general contract text in this consultation round, but note that changes have been made to the general contract text. These will be illuminated by announcing the competition. The purpose of the procurement is to provide Norwegian nuclear decommission (NND) an effective project and project and support tool Portfolio control (PPM). The tool will also provide support for program, resource and project economist management. This will help the organization gain better control, increased efficiency and optimized use of resources in their projects and programs. NND wants the PPM tool to provide a holistic Overview that allows management to make informed decisions to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
