RFI Market research for developing a warehouse construction concept in the design and build mode KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. is interested in establishing cooperation with entities that have knowledge and experience in developing concepts for the construction of warehouses and theirs equipment. The purpose of this inquiry is to conduct a preliminary market research in order to estimate costs and collect technological information necessary to prepare the planned investment. The ordering party aims to obtain an estimated offer budget with a clear division into the design and implementation part. At the same time, we would like to point out that this inquiry is non-binding and is only a request for information formulated as part of the market research procedure and is intended to determine potential of cooperation with new Contractors. Contractors interested in implementing the order may also obtain additional information at a meeting to be organized in this matter at ZWR Polkowice, ul. Kopalniana 1 in Polkowice on August 27-29, 2026 r. Application for participation in an on-site visit must include a proposed meeting date, contact details of the Contractor, telephone number, and name and surname of the participant. Together with the above data, a confidentiality declaration must be sent in accordance with Annex No 2 to ask. The confidentiality declaration should be signed by persons authorized to represent the Contractor.
