RFI / market research assistance for credit processing of mortgage applications
With this market survey, the Statens pensionskasse (SPK) wants to get to know potential suppliers in the market for assistance with credit processing of mortgage applications. SPK wants to identify potential suppliers and receive input on how the service can be delivered. SPK offers housing loans to the members of our pension fund. The demand for this product varies over time based on parameters such as the interest rate etc. In order to better manage variation in our workload, we need to establish cooperation with an external supplier for assistance in processing loan applications. The supplier will assist SPK with processing loan applications in the event of changes in volume to ensure sufficient capacity so that the applications are processed within our target requirements. The assistance primarily includes applications for refinancing mortgages and applications for loans for home renovation. All loans are secured by a mortgage on real estate. The volume for the need for assistance varies from year to year, with a rough estimate of the volume between approx. 1, 000 to 10, 000 cases per year.
