1. On behalf of the Ordering Party, I invite Contractors with knowledge, experience and professional dealings with the subject of the order to submit price information regarding the implementation of this order.2. Due to different purposes and application of particular products (used in the mechanical washing of rolling stock, manual cleaning and graffiti removal), the subject of the order was divided into six Tasks.3. A quote can be submitted for one, several or all Tasks.4. Ordering party reserves the right to: 1) terminate or invalidate this inquiry (RFI) without giving a reason, 2) the possibility of changing the description and terms of order execution before the deadline for submitting price information, 3) conducting negotiations pricing in the form of an auction, by telephone or in writing electronically, depending on the Ordering Party's choice.5. This announcement does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and is public, with the exception of price information obtained from Contractors that the Ordering Party will use to estimate the value of the contract. This means that the Ordering Party will not provide information on the valuation made by other participants.6. Submitting a quote/offer is tantamount to acceptance all conditions of procedure and execution of the order.7. The Ordering Party allows submitting a quote for an equivalent product only in Task No. 6. It is not allowed to submit a quote for equivalent products in the remaining range...
