Subject matter of the procedure Delivery of one piece of DC/DC converter type EDCW 28-29.50PC, MTU-No. B00E50204922, to power the PowerPack MTU 6H1800R85L in the SA139-024 vehicle. § 2. Subject requirements 1. The contractor declares that the offered product will be brand new and full-value - all materials used to make it will be new, from current production, without the use of previously used, supplemented or processed components.2. The Contractor will provide a 12-month warranty for the offered product, counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.§ 3. Detailed provisions1. Completion deadline - 4 weeks, counted from the date of receipt of the order by the Contractor.2. Delivery - at the Contractor's expense and risk.3. Place of delivery - ul. Kosynierów Gd. 1, 64-761 Krzyż.4. Payment deadline - after completing the order, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice, in which the number of the received order should be entered.5. If the implementation deadline specified in point 1 is exceeded, the Contractor will pay a penalty to the Ordering Party contractual amount of PLN 200 net for each day of delay. § 4.
