ABOUT THE RFI Yle is preparing a public procurement process concerning a solution for exploratory analytics, with a particular focus on user journey tracking, behavioural segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making. The solution is expected to serve multiple user groups, including analysts, product managers, and decision makers, by enabling accessible, self-service analysis and shared understanding of audience behaviour across teams. The aim of this Request for Information (RFI) is to engage in early-stage dialogue with relevant solution providers and to collect information to support the design and scoping of the forthcoming procurement. This initiative forms part of Yle-s broader effort to modernise its digital analytics capabilities in alignment with the company-s data strategy and commitment to privacy-first principles.
