The Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Project will procure and implement automated data capture technologies and corresponding supporting Information Technology infrastructure across the Defence Supply Chain (DSC) to enhance operational support and improve the accuracy of Defence corporate reporting. There are three major capabilities being delivered as distinct workstreams: Fuel Monitoring (FM); In Transit Visibility (ITV); and Materiel Management (MM). This RFI focuses on the FM workstream. The FM requirements have been separated into three distinct SOWs and will be acquired using 3 independent sets of Resulting Contract Clauses. Bidders will have the ability to submit proposals related to a single SOW or submit proposals for up to three SOW-s. This second RFI for the FM Workstream requirement is seeking written feedback from industry to additional questions Canada has to validate current approach . Industry is encouraged to provide written feedback by April 25th, 2024 at 2:00PM EDT to the questions in the attached Appendix 2 to RFI - Questions for Industry.
