Metrolinx/PRESTO recently awarded five new contracts for its back-office, integration, and digital layers (Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS), System IntegratorServices (SIS), Service Integration and Management (SIAM), contact center, and digitalchannels). The device refresh is a subsequent, separate procurement program that interfaceswith these contracts. Device vendors will be required to integrate with the new AFCS viapublished REST APIs and PRESTO-s payment acquirer.
