POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with appropriate knowledge and experience to submit initial offers for the inspection of the static converter and inverter from the EN57-Ald railway vehicle. GDPR information clause due to the provisions established on the basis of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 of 16 May 2019 laying down detailed provisions on the certification system of entities responsible for the maintenance of vehicles in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Commission Regulation (EU) No. 445/2011, as amended, by the Ordering Party - carrier performing the role of the entity responsible for maintenance (ECM - Entity in Charge of Maintenance) - a supplier qualification system, the order can only be performed by an entity with the "qualified" status on the List of Approved Suppliers of POLREGIO S.A., obtained in accordance with the WKZ Rules applicable to the Ordering Party.
