RFI - Supplier dialogue - Procurement of a quality system for DSA Norsk helsennett is conducting, on behalf of the Directorate for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (DSA), a market dialogue (RFI) related to a planned acquisition of software to replace the current quality system. We also want to gain insight into whether there are existing products and solutions on the market that can meet the needs, and to what extent there is a need for development. Good knowledge of what the market is like and what affects good coverage of needs before we announce the competition, is important to achieve the purpose of the procurement. It is encouraged to provide input, thoughts, ideas and experiences so that we ensure that the subsequent agreement is as good as possible. This RFI is addressed to the Norwegian the market, and we want answers to the questions to be in Norwegian. We have a hypothesis that the upcoming procurement will be announced as part III - above the EU threshold.
