POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of work and protective clothing. Delivery date - included in the contract template. Delivery cost on the Contractor's side. Payment deadline - 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice. The Ordering Party asks for clothing samples to be sent to verify compliance with the description. Contractors who send clothing consistent with the description will be invited to the next stage, which will be negotiations eB2B platform or via e-mail. Each item of clothing should be permanently marked (e.g. a tag attached) with the name of the contractor and the name of the task. Samples must be received by the same date as the offer, i.e.: May 15, 2026. Ordering Party retains the winner's designs as a "template" for receiving later batches of goods. Samples of other contractors are returned. Contractors may submit price information for one, two, three or four tasks. The Ordering Party reserves the following: a) the right to terminate Inquiries about price information without making a choice and without giving a reason and canceling the Inquiry; b) the possibility of changing the conditions of the ongoing Inquiry about price information before the deadline for submitting offers; In order to evaluate the model, please send one pieces of each design to the following address: POLREGIO S.A.
