The City is seeking information from interested parties on Software as a Service (“SaaS”) technology solutions that can modernize how residents access County Clerk services, including vital records, business services, and other clerking services. Its purpose is to gather vendor capabilities, design approaches, and implementation perspectives to inform service design and procurement decisions.
