The Opole Plant in Opole invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit an offer in the RFI (market recognition) for the preparation of a 30m3 fuel tank, located on a railway siding in Kędzierzyn-Koźle at ul. Karola Miarki 38, for TDT testing (internal inspection, external inspection, tightness test). The Contractor undertakes to complete the order within the time specified by the Ordering Party. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order can be found in the "Attachments" tab. The Contractor is obliged to submit, along with the offer, a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - a template of the Declaration is available in the "Attachments" tab. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Code civil law. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason. The procedure is multi-stage and includes submitting an offer and conducting an auction/negotiation.
