The subject of the procedure is to collect offers (RFI) for certification and inspection works, as well as tests and calculations necessary for the certification process of the 609A wagon after the 609A-10 modernization. Assessment and verification covers the scope of modernization specified in list of changes constituting Annex No. 1. The specification (attachment) contains requirements for the Units and the scope of work, which include, among others:* Certifications for TSI compliance - NoBo Unit;* Certifications for LP compliance - DeBo Unit;* Unit assessment AsBo inspection body.* Tests necessary for certification (accredited and non-accredited)* Calculations necessary for certification (accredited and non-accredited). The contractor is obliged to submit a detailed bid cost estimate together with the offer and an illustrative schedule for the provision of services, which will be the basis for preparing a detailed schedule after confirming the date of handing over the wagon for testing. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms, 2. Implementation time, 3. Period validity of the offer, 4. Contact person, 5. Declaration of meeting the requirements in accordance with the specification.
