The subject of the procedure is the modernization of the heating installation in an industrial hall in accordance with the attached Invitation to submit offers. I. ORDERING PARTY'S ADDRESS:PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o.; Libiszów 104, 26-300 Opoczno; Place of investment implementation: Z1 Production Plant in Libiszów; Libiszów 104, 26-300 Opoczno.II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE INQUIRY UNDER THE RFI:1. General information. The Ordering Party plans to implement an investment consisting in the modernization of the heating installation in an industrial hall.2. Scope of the planned investment:  delivery and installation of four-segment Faviera radiators made of ribbed steel pipes;  execution of the supply and return installation with connection to the existing heating system;  delivery and installation of steel pipelines and connecting elements;  delivery and installation of shut-off and regulating fittings;  construction of supporting structures for radiators;  anti-corrosion protection of steel elements;  thermal insulation of pipelines;  carrying out tests tightness, hydraulic adjustment and commissioning of the installation;  submission of as-built documentation and research and test protocols; the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions provided that at least the same technical parameters are maintained, operational and quality.3.
