Description
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) eLearning Development. the goal of the contract is to secure an eLearning developer to design three electronic courses on the Internal Revenue Manual eLearning program that is compatible with Articulate Storyline 360 software and IRS learning management system. Procurement of a qualified and practiced eLearning developer will ensure training courses are professional, narrated, and engaging. The training will improve knowledge and understanding of the IRM, its use, search features and requirements. For informational purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) draft Statement of Work entitled "IRM eLearning Development". Once we gather some informaton, we will provide a Solicitatioin with a number provided to reference. and will be distributed solely through the GSA eBuy/MAS Schedule/eBuy, etc. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through www.gsa.ebuy.gov. Intersted parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of this Request for Informaton" (2032H8-24-N-00003) will be on (December 22, 2023 @ 12pm ET). All responsible sources may submit information which will be considered by this agency. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this solicitation will be accepted outside the acquisition site for which it is posted.
