Norwegian Public Roads Administration (the Contracting Authority) shall use several products offered via the ServiceNow platform The platform will be an important ‘engine- in the further digitalisation in areas that currently are lacking or no ICT support. The platform will be a crucial factor in the transformation to digital first choice and an insight-driven organisation and is business critical regarding the processes and user groups that use the platform. The Contracting Authority shall primarily enter into a contract with a development team with extensive experience from ServiceNow, but especially in the areas of the Now platform, CSM Professional, as well as ITSM Professional, IntegrationHUB Enterprise. The development team shall work smoothly according to strategies and principles prepared by the Contracting Authority and the development team will work closely with the Contracting Authority's in-house resources. We therefore want to communicate with the market what is available and receive feedback on our minimum requirements. See extracts of the attached tender documentation.
