PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. conducts market research for liquid fuel suppliers in connection with the planned security of supplies to three locations: • 45-332 Opole, ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 7 • 26-300, Opoczno, Libiszów 104 • 04-275 Warszawa, ul Chłopickiego 53 The subject of the research is the supply of the following products: · propane-butane gas in cylinders, · LPG gas, · heating oil, · diesel oil (ON). The purpose of conducting a request for information (RFI), as part of market intelligence and in accordance with the scope specified in the annex, is identification of potential suppliers capable of ensuring continuity, availability and timeliness of fuel supplies and interested in cooperation under a framework agreement covering deliveries to three locations of the Company. Assumed delivery model: Current plant demand - placing an order - delivery by the supplier. Deliveries will be made depending on the actual consumption and needs of individual locations. We expect the possibility of: · making deliveries upon request, · making deliveries cyclical, · ensuring continuity of supplies, · making deliveries at least once a week, depending on demand, · making deliveries in situations of increased or unplanned demand, · ensuring adequate availability of products throughout the period validity of the contract.
