Region Oestergoetland must procure inspection of the contracting work that is carried out in and in direct connection with the construction projects that the Byggprojekt unit carries out on behalf of Regionfastigheter.
Calls must be able to be made for an entire construction project, comprehensive assistance with review of documents in the
early stages, site visits during production with associated documentation as well as inspection of the contract with pre-inspections, final inspection and warranty inspection and, where applicable, delivery inspection. It may also be relevant to call only parts of the above if necessary.
The assignments mainly come fromra The Region's own properties, but certain inspections may occur in rented premises where the Region has operations. Individual assignments concerning investigations can also be called directly from Regionfastigheter or by their procured suppliers. The assignment is carried out against
