The Opole Plant in Opole invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the contract to participate in the RFI (market recognition) for the service of comprehensive investor supervision in all industries over the implementation of works construction involving the construction of a rolling stock washing station with a sanitary sewage connection in the area of the Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, ul. Karola Miarki 38. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order can be found in the "Draft Agreement", constituting an annex to these proceedings. The Contractor is obliged to submit, together with the offer, a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments tab. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason.
