I invite you to participate in the RFI (market reconnaissance) to conduct a periodic inspection of the technical condition of buildings and structures to the extent provided for in the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524), consisting in checking the condition technical facilities of facilities located in Opole at ul. Struga and Kędzierzyn-Koźle at ul. Karola Miarki 38. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order can be found in the appendix "Draft contract", which can be found in the "Appendices" tab. The contractor is obliged to submit with the offer a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template can be found in the "Appendices" tab. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure at every stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason. The procedure is multi-stage and includes submitting an offer and conducting an auction/negotiation.
