Examples of the equipment are winch, brake, coil device, blocks, drum rack. All equipment comes from manufacturer Zeck GmbH / 10007111. Estimated volume for the purchase of reserve and wear parts is 1 - 2 million excl. VAT per year. The maximum duration of a framework agreement in accordance with the supply regulations is 8 years. Estimated value on a framework agreement is thus 8 - 16 million ex. VAT Network SF performs service, maintenance and replacement of parts on relevant equipment itself, but as Statnett SF understands it, we are obliged to use original spare parts for the machines to be in proper condition at all times to maintain our emergency preparedness. If we buy unoriginal parts, the manufacturer of the machines will not be responsible for maintaining the machine's functional specifications and will not guarantee that the machine is still secure in use.
