Solicitation Description : The City of Waco is seeking firms for the construction of Site 2400 Maintenance and Administration Building. The contractor is required to follow the City of Waco Standard Specifications for Construction (2013), City of Waco Standard Details (2024), and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Specifications and Special Provisions. The project includes tasks such as seal coating, concrete pipe installation, safety end treatments, and hotmix asphalt application.
