Tender are invited for Provide law practice management software includes system must have an initial docketing platform with customizable fields. Each bureau/workgroup should be able to have its own custom docketing fields, including fields where a prepopulted drop down list can be used for selection; identify the capacity of system to generate an electronic notification to the attorney assigned a matter and have the option to notify additional attorneys; system must be able to accept document uploads/downloads/saves/creation within the case/matter file; identify system capacity to index documents for searching both within and across case/matter files.
Notes : Contract term is for 5 years with an option to extend one additional 12 months. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
