City of Marceline Seeking Bids The City of Marceline is soliciting sealed bids for the following material/projects: 1. Bituminous Pavement Street Overlay (Asphalt)* 2. Rock 3. Concrete *Indicates Prevailing Wage Projects under Wage Order #33 and requirement of OSHA (10 hour) certification.
