The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works for the revitalization of a town house in Brezno in accordance with part B. Description of the subject of the contract in the tender documents and in the tender documents appendices.
The proposed object is a national cultural monument and is part of the historical zone of the city of Brezno, located to the northon the eastern side of the square gen. M.R. Štefanika.
The public procurement in question takes into account the "green aspect" and thus this procurement is a green public procurement, which is specified in more detail in the Contract for the work, specifically in point no. 25 Art. VII. Conditions for the performance of the work.
