Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the first stage of the investment (Fig. 1 Scope of the investment), including construction and gardening works, along with the care of greenery and wooden elements of small architecture, consisting in the revitalization of some Stanisawa Topa park. The park is located within the following streets: Nowowiejska, Bolesawa Prusa and ks. Cardinal Stefana Wyszyskiego, on plot no. 80, AM-14, Obrb: Plac Grunwaldzki The scope of the investment (Fig. 1) covers the area around the pond and consists of renovation and reconstruction existing communication routes, installation of elements of small architecture and performance of works related to the installation of green areas, hereinafter referred to as gardening works, and provision of warranty care services for green areas and warranty care services for wooden elements.2. The subject of the order was divided into four parts: - PART I: execution of construction works, - PART II: execution of gardening works, - PART III: warranty care of green areas, - Part IV - conservation of wooden elements.3. Details of the description of the subject of the order are included in the SWZ along with annexes (including the contract template together with the OPZ).
