Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Revitalization of the stadium at ul. Parkowa in Kraków - modernization of the main pitch surface - Stage 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (bill of quantities, design documentation and specification technical execution and acceptance of works). If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replaced by equivalent ones.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a 60-month warranty for the artificial grass surfaces. For the works performed construction works, materials and devices (excluding artificial grass surfaces) The contractor is obliged to provide a minimum warranty of 36 months. The warranty period for the performed construction works, materials and devices (to be assessed in criterion 2) should be indicated in offer form, but it must be given in months, and the extension of the warranty period must refer to 12-month periods (e.g. 48 months, 60 months - not longer than 60 months).4. If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ - products can be replaced by equivalents.5.
