Tender Details

The task includes all activities related to the reconstruction and expansion of the existing commercial and service building in Radów indicated in the design and cost estimate documentation prepared for this task, i.e. preparation of the construction site, works demolition, construction of reinforced foundations, construction of moisture-proof insulation, roof covering with thermally weldable felt, fireplaces and roof flashings, installation of prefabricated roof gutters and downpipes, insulation of building walls and foundations with waterproofing, internal plastering and flooring, installation of windows and external doors, installation of internal aluminum doors, wallpapering and painting. Additionally, as part of the task, a surface of studded concrete paving stones will be made with edges on a base of crushed aggregate with a cement-sand ballast and construction of a reinforced concrete slab over the existing tank for sanitary sewage and renovation of the heating installation well and elements of small architecture and green areas, stormwater drainage and installation of an above-ground fire hydrant.
