The task includes all activities related to the modernization of the village hall in Biskupice indicated in the design and cost estimate documentation prepared for this task, in particular: preparation of the construction site, demolition and dismantling works, reconstruction of window and door openings, moisture-proof and thermal insulation of the walls, new plastering of the Hall walls, construction of a new floor of the Hall with underfloor layers, separation of a toilet for the disabled, replacement of joinery exterior, roof renovation, chimney renovation, renovation and re-building of firewalls, roof insulation, hall ventilation, building insulation, replacement of downspouts, replacement of sheet metal flashings, replacement of external entrance and basement stairs, renovation terrace with a roof, finishing works, installation of roofs over the entrances. In addition, the task will include the construction of a cobblestone surface on the sidewalk and a strip around the building. The scope of the task includes installation works related to the replacement of the central heating installation in the hall. and the replacement of the electrical and lightning protection installations.
