The subject of the performance of this public contract is the complete revitalization of the public space in the center of Týn nad Vltavou, in the locality defined by the streets Puchmayerova, Pod kostelem, Děkanská, connected to the embankment of the Vltava River and the adjacent park, including all related construction and technical works, supplies and services. The goal is to transform the existing parking lot and adjacent space into a modern, user-friendly public space with an emphasis on pedestrian, cycling and community functions, sustainable management of rainwater and strengthening of green infrastructure. The project also includes the reconstruction of the existing water supply line and the re-routing of the heat pipe. Fulfillment includes in particular: on demolition and demolition work consisting in the removal of the building of public toilets, garage and existing staircases, on the construction of a new sewage and storm sewer system, including infiltration elements and retention spaces, water connections and connections to existing networks, LV transitions and low-current lines and new LV cable distributions, on the implementation of the heat pipe, while the material will be delivered by the heating company and the contractor will only perform the assembly work; while the heat pipe will be invoiced to the heating company, on the implementation of a pedestrian zone with permeable surfaces (stone paving, grass grates, slatted surfaces), modifications roadways and parking lots, building a cycle path and connecting it with surrounding routes, about the implementation of orchard improvements in the system of blue-green infrastructure, including the planting of trees, shrubs and greenery, including arboricultural care for ...
