Tender Details

The subject of the public order is the realization of a work consisting in the revitalization of public greenery in the vicinity of the Strašnická metro station in order to improve the existing soil conditions enabling optimal growth and development of plants in the defined area. The work mainly consists of following parts of performance: (i) demolition of part of the existing asphalt pavement; terrain modeling; loosening of the substrate including the application of additives to improve habitat conditions; creation of a polder; (ii) tree planting; mooring installation; planting shrubs and perennial beds; planting plants in corten containers, preparing watering bowls, fertilizing and watering; lawn seeding; Part of the performance according to this contract, after the completion of the work, is the following: (iii) follow-up care and implementation of green maintenance consisting in the care of the planted trees, flowerbeds and lawn for a period of 60 months from the date of handover of proper and faultless performance according to the previous points, detailed in Annex No. 3 of the contract, which includes, among other things, a general inspection of the performance site by a specialist (10 times a year), site inspection execution in the presence of the supervision of the designer and the representative of the investor (once a month during the growing season, i.e. 7 times a year) and other minor gardening work beyond the scope of normal maintenance specified in Annex No. 3 of the contract - project documentation.
