The subject of the public order is construction work leading to the revitalization of the Sou spring. Its aim is to restore the disturbed water regime, improve the condition of valuable springs and wetland biotopes, and, according to others, accumulate and retain water in the ground as a measure to mitigate the impact of climate change and seasonal fluctuations (especially extreme drought). It involves blocking and destroying drainage channels and filling them with earth, restoring the spring and restoring the original small-capacity small streams representing the natural outflow of water from the ground. The essence of the contract is: - Blockage and destruction of drainage channels in the forest is a pile covered with old grain made of horizontally installed planks in several layers of bleeding spray and with a wool geotextile made of decomposable material. The beds are always filled with compacted soil and the drainage channels will be walled or completely (depending on the type) filled with soil and commercial material. - Filling of blocked canals will use earthen material from running ramparts and from the surrounding area, logs from branched and cut trees on the site, torn out webs and knots tied from branches for the filling of the canal. They will be created in selected places the silence of the overburden merges with the accumulation of water in the blocked trough. - The restoration of the original flood beds and the water runoff from the drainage channels, which are diverted streams, will be transferred to the restored main beds.
