The subject of the public order is the construction work leading to the revitalization of the Schatzv les I spring under the channel. Its aim is to restore the disturbed water regime, improve the condition of valuable springs, the condition of forest wetland biotopes and, according to others, the accumulation and retention of water in the ground as a measure of mitigate the impact of climate change and weather changes (especially extreme drought). It is about blocked and destroyed drainage channels and their filling with earth, according to the restoration of the spring and the restoration of the original small-capacity small streams representing natural surfaces of water outflow from the ground. The substance of the order is: 1. Blocked and destroyed drainage channels in the forest, this is a blocked channel with various types of gravel sprinkled with horizontally installed planks in several layers of blood spray and with wool geotextile made of disintegrating material, tested for non-toxicity production environment. The embankments are always filled with compacted soil and the drainage channels of the embankments will be walled or completely (depending on the type) filled with earth and other salable material. 2. Filling of blocked canals for canal filling will use earth material from running ramparts and from the surrounding area, the trunks from the branches of the branched tree on the site were cut, the webs were torn out and a hat from the branch was tied to the 10s. In selected places, shallow overhangs will be created to allow the water to settle in a blocked trough. 3. Restoration of the original floodplains and water drains from the drains the channel, which is a diversion of streams, will be transferred to the restored long riverbeds.
