Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the revitalization of the playground at ul. Chodna 2/18 in Warsaw. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract and the project constituting an integral part of the SWZ. planted plant material, the Contractor is obliged to provide a 36-month warranty. The Contractor will attach to the submitted offer technical data sheets of the devices along with device certificates valid on the day of submitting the offer, confirming the compliance of individual elements with the applicable standards, current ones issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation. Certificates must be delivered together with the offer and with the authorization of their manufacturer. The playground equipment presented in the project are exemplary solutions. Performer may use devices from any manufacturers, provided that the requirements resulting from their descriptions in the project are met. When proposing devices other than those presented in the project, you should include technical data sheets of the devices in the offer and compare their functional compatibility and technological parameters, i.e. size, material and technological parameters, product visualization, list of elements and...
