The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the Pezinská inner block, which is defined by the development of multi-storey apartment buildings, the city library building with an adjacent parking lot and gardens of family houses, accessible from Šmilovského and Pezinská streets, in Mladá Boleslav. The revitalization mainly consists in the complete reconstruction of all the surfaces of the paved surfaces, with the disposal of the original underlying layers and the construction of a new functional subsoil and surfaces. Some of the demolished materials will be recycled or taken to designated landfills. Areas of adjacent roads will remain unaffected. All furniture, including clothes hangers, will be dismantled in the entire area of ​​the inner block. The client states that, with regard to the dormant period (approximately from November 1 to March 31), already carried out felling of trees in advance, with regard to Decree No. 189/2013 Coll. - Decree on the protection of trees and permitting their felling - § 5 of the decree. Felling is therefore not the subject of the contract. The project deals with the replacement and modification of existing paved pedestrian surfaces roads and their new public lighting.
