Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the overall revitalization of the city park, including paved areas, public lighting, landscaping, furniture and a children's playground. The subject of the performance of the contract is not the subsequent care of the plantings, which will be implemented by the client, according to the specification in project documentation, the city of Chvaletice's own workforce and technical resources. The subject of the performance of the contract is not the felling of trees, which was carried out by the investor before starting the work at his own expense outside of this public contract. Part of the works designed in within the framework of the PD, only the removal of the remaining stumps of trees and bushes - see chapter 4.1.1. The removal of trees proposed in the outlook will be the subject of a future separate project, therefore they are not included in the list of works to be priced, they are listed in the PD only for illustration and future use. The subject of the contract is defined in detail in the project documentation and in the list of works with a statement of dimensions, which form Annex No. 2 of the Call.
