Tender Details

The subject of the order is the design and implementation on the basis of design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, including a program of conservation works consisting in the revitalization of the military cemetery in Konopnica.3.2. This task is carried out in design and build formula, based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU).3.3. The subject of the order includes: 1) execution, based on the functional and utility program (PFU), constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ design documentation, including the conservation work program and obtaining the required legal agreements/decisions/permits, 2) execution of construction works, in accordance with the design documentation developed by the Contractor, approved by the Ordering Party, 3) providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works, performed in accordance with the design documentation developed, 3.4.
