Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order is the design and implementation on the basis of design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, including a program of conservation works consisting in the revitalization of the military cemetery in Konopnicy.3.2. The task in question is carried out in the design and build formula, based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU).3.3. The subject of the order includes: 1) execution, based on the functional and utility program (FFU), constituting an attachment No. 10 to SWZ design documentation, including the program of conservation works, and obtaining the legally required agreements/decisions/permits, 2) execution of construction works, in accordance with the design documentation prepared by the Contractor, approved by the Ordering Party, 3) providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works carried out in accordance with the developed design documentation, 3.4. The scope of construction works includes: 1) demolition works, 2) replacement of the hardened surface of the area, 3) replacement of the flagpole, 4) conservation and restoration of the monument, eratricum and torch, 5) tree care and supplementation of plantings in the plots and cemetery area.3.5.
