1. The subject of the order is the revitalization of the manor park in Bludzie.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Chapter II and constitutes an annex to the Specification of Procurement Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Specification of Terms and Conditions).3. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 Act, the Ordering Party requires the employment under an employment contract by the Contractor and/or subcontractor and/or further subcontractor of all persons performing the activities listed in section 4, specified in the Description of the subject of the order. At the latest on the day the service starts, The contractor will be obliged to employ, for the duration of the order, persons performing the activities referred to in section 4, hereinafter referred to as employees, under an employment contract under penalty of withdrawal from the contract for reasons attributable to the Contractor.4.
