1) The subject of the order is: revitalization of green areas in the city of Dobrodzie. 2) This order was divided into 2 tasks, i.e.: - task No. 1: Concept of development of the recreational area of ​​the royal route "Leszcz" in Dobrodzień, - task no. 2: Concept of development of the area of ​​the square in Dobrodzień on plot no. 2796 rev. Dobrodzie with an area of ​​approx. 2.69 a. 3) The scope of the contract under task No. 1 includes the development of comprehensive design documentation (design), obtaining legally required decisions and agreements and performing construction works covered by this task on their basis, obtaining a decision on permission for use, if required, and handing over the area for use subject of the order. The main assumptions of the concept for the Royal Bream Route in Dobrodzień and the scope of work: a) development of the existing Leszcz Route in Dobrodzień and the creation of a pedestrian, bicycle, historical and educational route, b) creation of new rest and recreation places for residents and tourists, c) development of green infrastructure, d) ensuring the protection of existing trees and their maintenance, e)...
