Revitalization of the Great Cinema in Zlín The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the comprehensive revitalization of the Velké kino building in Zlín and the surrounding area, including connection to engineering networks (sewage sewerage, rainwater drainage, water supply, electricity, heat pipe), and connection to the surrounding terrain and roads. This is a change to the completed existing building, which is in a state of disrepair. Part of the procurement procedure is also a concession, the subject of which is the construction of an underground parking lot near the Great Cinema Zlín and its subsequent operation.
