Revitalization of the Great Cinema in Zlín - technical supervision of the builder and OSH coordinator The subject of the public contract for services is the procurement of matters for the contracting authority (order) consisting of: a) performance of the function of technical supervision of the builder during construction, implementation supplies of interior and gastro technology and coordinator of safety and health protection at work on the construction site during the construction of the "Revitalization of the Great Cinema in Zlín" (hereinafter referred to as "TDS - Cinema"). b) performing a control of the fulfillment of the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority (order) to the parking garage according to the concession agreement (hereinafter referred to as "TDS - Parking Garage"). The construction of the Revitalization of the Great Cinema in Zlín - parking garage according to the concession will include the construction of an underground parking garage at the construction site with a capacity of 260 to 460 parking spaces. The construction will also include all necessary re-laying of engineering networks, new engineering networks, paved surfaces and necessary technologies and other construction objects or engineering objects and operating files necessary for the construction and operation of the parking garage (further also "construction"). The investor of the event will be an entity selected through a separate tender process - it is not the subject of this public contract. The investor of this will be an external entity (another legal entity or natural person) who, under the agreed conditions according to the concession contract (hereinafter also "concession") manages the necessary project documentation and secures the necessary permission for the construction of a parking garage in the anticipated construction site (hereinafter also "investor").
